Parents and guardians are requested to make their own arrangements with regard to the following needs of their sons/wards:
a)       Pocket money.
b)       Birthday celebration.
c)       Materials for project work.
d)       Stationery & Toilet articles.
e)       Games dress/team uniforms.
f)        Haircut.
g)       Games equipment like badminton rackets, T.T. bats, football boots.
h)       Canteen dues, etc.

You may deposit Rs. 5000/- for the above requirements if you wish. (OPTIONAL)

SCHEDULE FOR PAYMENT OF FEES:
a)        Ist Installment :    Rs.25000/-      (Compulsory) is to be paid at the begenning of the session.
b)        2nd Installment : Rs.15000/-       is to be paid before or immediately after the Summer Vacation.
c)        3rd Installment :  Rs.10000/-       is to be paid before or immediately after the Puja vacation.
 
HOSTEL RULES AND REGULATIONS
  1. Day scholars/Boarders who cannot return promptly after the holidays should inform the Principal/Vice Principal in writing before the holidays. Otherwise, they will be fined or will have their names struck off the rolls.
  2. Only the parents or legitimate guardians are permitted to take their children home for the holidays.
  3. Parents / Guardians may visit or call their pupils in the hostels on second Saturdays / Sundays of the month and not any other day.
  4. Boarders will not be permitted to stay in hostels or in the town during short / long holidays , unless their parents are with them .
  5. Boarders leaving the school hostel in the middle of the year on grounds other than disciplinary will have to pay for three months more .
  6. Students involved in fights, drugs, alcohol and stealing will incur automatic expulsion. The same is applicable for those who run away from the school/hostel.
  7. A student cannot be readmitted once withdrawn from the school or hostel.
  8. Hostel / School outfits, text books, stationery articles will have to be purchased by the Parents from the school / school suppliers in Namchi.
  9. All parents must buy a school diary.
  10. You may contact your son / ward on Sundays or on holidays by Telephone between 8.00 a.m to 5.00 p.m.

  11. The following gadgets are not permitted in the hostel:

    i)         Mobile phones
    ii)        Walkmans
    vii)      Radios
    viii)     Cameras
    ix)       Video games
    x)        Tape recorders
